Vendor-neutral trust infrastructure for autonomous AI.

Vorion builds the governance and certification layer for AI agents: model-layer integrity, runtime enforcement, and an independent certification authority. This page is for press and investors — the thesis, the team, our status, and how to reach us.

What we’re building

Runtime governance that travels with the agent

The BASIS open standard defines the rules; the Cognigate runtime enforces them at execution time — trust tiers, capability gating, and circuit breakers that move with the agent rather than bolting on after.

Model-layer integrity patent pending

Beyond watching what an agent does, Vorion fingerprints the model’s weights to detect a swapped, fine-tuned, or poisoned model — for open-weight (white-box) models, with documented sensitivity limits. Provisional patent filed March 2026.

Vendor-neutral certification authority

AgentAnchor certifies agents against BASIS as an independent authority — a UL-analog model for agentic AI. The point is neutrality: a governance layer not owned by the cloud or model vendor it judges.

A two-person founding team, deliberately small and technical. We ship an open-source core and build the standard in the open.

Status & IP

Stage. Developer preview; several components are in beta. We’d rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

Open source. The core is Apache-2.0 and published on npm under @vorionsys; the BASIS specification is public.

Intellectual property. Our model-layer fingerprinting method is patent pending — a provisional application was filed in March 2026. No patent has been granted.

Metrics. We don’t publish usage figures we can’t stand behind. For traction detail or a data room, reach out directly.
